Cell Phone Insurance Is a Ripoff

Another great ripoff. Cellular providers offering insurance on your cell phone. They tell you if the phone breaks after the warranty period, the repair is on you (fear tactics once again). What they fail to tell you is that even if you have cell phone insurance there is usually a deductioble that you will pay and they will replace your phone with a refurb phone, not a new phone. It’s in the small mice type on the contract. Forget that ripoff. Ebay is a great source of used and new cell phones. Many people sell perfectly good used cell phones.
