We had an all-day heavy rain and he elected to leave the package on the front porch steps. if he had left the package on the front porch,the roof would have protected it. Lucky for me,the UPS delivery man had a package for me today.When I answered the door he handed me the UPS package and the water-sodden FedEX package that he found on the steps. Typical of the careless attitude of the local FedEx delivery man is today’s delivery.
