Siruis Radio Billing Fraud?
I am a Sirus radio customer and currently and just got an email telling me that with the email they sent me I am authorizing them to bill me on a recurring basis without my permission. I am filing formal complaints as I do not think this is legal in Florida or any other state. The company is telling me that I comitted to something that I have not.

** Following up on this matter** A Sirius rep called me and stated that I can cancel my service when my year is up. She told me that every time anyone subscribes they do this auto renew thing for yoru convenience. The auto renew is for their (Sirius) bottom line so they don’t lose customers. This sort of consumer contract should be illegal. I wonder if anything will chage reharding this and state laws.
