Concert Costs Add Up!
Concert ticket prices have hit all time highs. This summer many top bands have reunited because the money is just too good to pass up. I wanted to see sme of these concerts becuase I never saw these bands live when they toured. Recently I saw the Police in South Florida Dolphin stadium. My seat at $106.00 included about $10.00 in ticket charges even though I printed my own ticket. The second shock when I got to the stadium and found parking at $30.00. This is one stadium where there is no parking other than stadium parking. I got nailed for $30.00 parking. That is the most I have paid for parking in many years. I hate paying for parking! This is a case of the stadium owner taking a huge advantage of the situation. Lets not supplement these billionaires but giving them tax breaks or taxpayer money to build these places. Let them pay out of their own pocket.
