Chase Credit Card Security Dept in Phillipines!
Recently I had the displeasure of calling Chase credit card about an issue with my credit card. I had to call four times to get this problem resolved. Of course that included going through 20 questions and having a rep disconnect me. I ended up speaking to the security dept which I found out was in the Phillipines. Sorry guys I do busines int the United States not the Phillipines. When I had a problem with a Chase Business credit card and need to speak somebody higher up on the food chain I dont want to ask 10 reps and be on hold forever. I think its time that US credit card customers start complaining like crazy when something like this happens. Eventually somebody higher up might get the message the US consumers refuse to deal with reps who are promarily reading scrips or those who have not fully mastered the English language. Often their accents are difficult to understand as well. I have no patience for this nonsense.

I found the same problem as the chase person did with a Best buy credit card. When trying to talk to someone about best buy card I found that the card was through Shanghai-Ti wain bank and the reps were in India or the Philippines couldn’t get to an American. Suggest boycotting stores like that that advertise their own cards than outsource it to Shanghai.

I don’t think the general public knows what these large corporations have in store for them. Right now, in the Phillipines, Chase bank is holding job fairs, and recruiting workers for call centers. HSBC, and IBM also. American jobs, are headed overseas, more outsourceing is in the plans of the large corporations. Will you be angry, if you get a call reminding you, or threatening you with repossession, from a foreign country?
Mr. Obama has said no tax breaks for corporations that outsource American jobs, so I guess Chase bank, doesn’t think he will get elected. If you are working for some of these large corporations, Chase, auto finance, treasury, IBM etc. I would consider getting a resume ready, though I’m sure, it would be on a test basis, rumors persist.
